Marketplace section is a catalog with applications developed by Kyriba specialists and verified third parties. It brings great value to those producers who want to introduce their creative solutions leveraging Kyriba functionality, as well as to consumers who will benefit from it.
For Consumers
If you are looking for a way to improve your experience with Kyriba by adding specific third party connectors or automate/extend the existing flow, you should check out Kyriba Marketplace. It presents Kyriba customers with the access to a variety of applications developed by Kyriba specialists or by verified third parties.

Marketplace Functionality
Kyriba provides a nice functionality to search through the available applications. Please refer to the image below for more detailed explanation:

| 1 | Category List | You can tick specific categories to filter only the applications of your interest. |
| 2 | Text Search | If you already know what you are looking for or you have in mind some key words, please use search option to retrieve results faster. |
| 3 | Selected Categories | Visual representation of applied category filters. You can exclude the ones you do not need. |
| 4 | Category Section | Each category available on Marketplace has its own place, so you will not be confused by the result. |
| 5 | Application Card | Once you found an application of your interest, just click on its card to open its details. |
Once you click an Application Card
After choosing the application of your interest, you can see its details. Please refer to the image below for more detailed explanation:

| 3 | Application Creator | The company that works on an application and improves its functionality. |
| 4 | Selected Categories | Visual representation of the applied category filters. You can exclude the ones you do not need. |
| 5 | Short Description | Short summary of the application usage. |
| 6 | Subscription management | If you are interested in using an application or you want to keep a track of how the application improves, be sure to subscribe to it. This will allow you to receive updates from the creator while the application undergoes changes. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from application updates. |
| 7 | Detailed Description | Description that will allow you to understand the benefits of using this application. |
| 8 | Version | The last verified version of the application. |
| 9 | API Used | The list of Kyriba APIs used to develop an application. |
| 10 | Creator Website | By clicking this form you will be routed to the application developer resource. Kyriba checks what we expose in Marketplace, so all links are safe. |
| 11 | Contact us | If you need additional details about an application or you want to request a demo, please use this form to proceed. In your Ticket you then select Application details type of inquiry. |
| 12 | Media Files | The images, videos and GIFs associated with an application's work or usage. |
For Application Submission
Marketplace Certification Program
Please mind that all the marketplace applications are subject to the Marketplace Certification Program. Please familiarize yourself with it, and make sure to pass the mandatory questionnaire (Stage 2) to proceed with the application submission. Once the application is certified, it can be submitted for review, approval and publication in our catalog.
Note❗ Application submission is not be possible if you belong to the generic user company. You must have your company defined. Upon definition, your company name will appear as in the example provided in the image (image item 3).
To start the submission process, go to My Dashboard, select "Add App Submission" and fill out the Application Submission Form. See more details in the sections below.

In this section you can find what information is supposed to be filled in into your Application Submission Form. Please refer to the Submission Form example images below and their detailed explanation:
Provide General Information:

How to embed a video:
- Go to the YouTube video or playlist you want to embed.
- Click "SHARE" button.
- From the list of Share options, click "Embed".
- From the box that appears, copy the HTML code.
- Paste the code into your website HTML.

Upon submission, Kyriba team will review your application.
