Once you are logged in and any issue occurs, you can Create Support Ticket either in the SUPPORT section, or in MY DASHBOARD section.
The latter one will further contain your User Created Tickets.

You describe your issue and attach any needed information to have it resolved.
Clarifying questions and requests for additional information may be sent back to you.

You provide Ticket Details

Field Name Comment Details
Summary Enter a short description of your issue.
Description Provide details to help resolve your issue fast and effective.
Attach File Upload a file related to your request. Maximum file size: 5 MB.
Category Select a relevant category of your issue:
Phone Number Optional.
CC Emails Optional. To keep any other company members up-to-date.

Once finished, proceed by clicking Create.
